IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION....

As easy as we try to make shopping for you, shipping is not an exact science. We quote freight charges by shipping container size, distance from our warehouse, shipping container weight and, delivery time whether it be next day or in 5+ days, Home or Business Deliveries, domestic or International shipping. Sometimes, however, manufacturing will change the size of a shipping box of items without our knowledge and that may have an impact on any shipping rates to our buyers.  If you have any questions about delivery estimates please feel free to contact us at (972) 345-0472 and let us provide the exact amount if there is any question or doubt. Neither of us wants a surprise. If there is any increased difference between your PayPal calculated freight charges and actual costs, you will be notified in advance of shipping. Any additional shipping charges can be paid using PayPal including Commercial or Home deliveries. International shipping is not automatically calculated at time of sale via the Internet and individual and multi-carton orders have to be manually calculated as well. Once we receive your International order, a second invoice will be supplied for actual shipping costs. All shipping calculations via PayPal are subject to review and correction. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may infrequently cause. AcrylicGiftware.Com has no responsibility for the loss of or non-delivery of parcels once they reach the shipper. Any claims that may arise as result of loss of goods via the shipper must be settled via the shipper's normal settlement-claim/dispute resolution processes and we will gladly assist with any claims on our customer's behalf. however, the buyer must initiate the claim and, any monies refunded as result of any loss will be sent from the shipper directly to the buyer, not from or to AcrylicGiftware.Com.

FEDEX CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE when signature required:  
 
Any item(s) shipped via FedEx that are $500 or more in purchase value will require a personal signature upon delivery, otherwise the shipment will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility (hub or FedEx Office locatioon) and another attempt will be made for delivery under the same circumstances within the next day or two. If, after the 2nd attempt and no signature is captured nor has it been claimed at the FedEx facility by the buyer, FedEx may return the order to the shipper (AcrylicGiftware.Com) and any additional costs to re-ship the goods back to the buyer will be at the buyers expense. Additionally, if buyer decides to refuse the order either at the point of delivery or by not collecting it at the FedEx facility noted, any cost associated with that return will be deducted from the buyers initial purchase payment and not refundable. Please also note that we never send orders requiring a signature unless requested by the buyer, rather, this is an automatic function which FedEx mandates based upon their shipping dollar value criteria.

If your order falls under these circumstances we advise you to monitor the FedEx Tracking System information provided you regarding tentative dates of arrival and be on hand to sign for and accept the order or have alternate arrangements made for delivery to neighbors, condo offices or other trustworthy destinations and individuals in case you are unable to receive the order. In those cases, that information needs to be part of the shipping label and provided to us in advance of shipping.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS: 

Since all shipping charges are automatically calculated based upon the entire order's volume weight, volume size, zip code and other integral inputs provided to our freight carriers at time of purchase, it is assumed the entire purchase will be shipped at one time and unfortunately there are no provisions for splitting any order by sending what is available first and then sending the remainder of the order at a later date unless the buyer and seller have made arrangements and those arrangements have been paid for in advance of the last shipment and prior to the first shipment. AcrylicGiftware.Com will notify you in the event of an Out-Of-Stock item and provide an estimate of it's arrival at our warehouse so our customers can make logical, rational and thoughtful decisions regarding projected delivery dates.

IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY INFORMATION....

There will be absolutely no refunds on engraved or personalized items.  All personalization done by AcrylicGiftware.Com is preceded with a signed working proof authorized from the buyer. There is a 20% (of the purchase price) re-stocking fee on any (non-engraved) returned item(s) and that fee will be deducted from any refund due the purchaser for said returned items.Original purchase postage is non-refundable. All return item's postage is paid for by the purchaser. Any returned items must have AcrylicGiftware.Com's pre-approval and return notification must come to AcrylicGiftware.Com in writing (e-mail acceptable) no greater than 5 days after delivery of the product(s) ordered to the address requested regardless if delivery address was received written or verbal and, products must be returned to AcrylicGiftware.Com within the next 5 days after return authorization has been approved in their gift boxes if provided. Failure to return the claimed goods within the 5 day period may result in denial of the Return Authorization Number and refusal of AcrylicGiftware.Com to accept the return. Any deliveries that are refused by the purchaser, not picked up at a local Fedex/Office location or USPS noted facility or returned upon the customer's request, will be charged a 20% (of sale price) re-stocking fee automatically upon their return and receipt to us and customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the returned goods if requested by the customer prior to or within 1 day of our receipt. In this case the customer is responsible for tracking their return(s) and proper & timely notification to AcrylicGiftware.Com.
